• Is this mall open to public ?
  No. This online shopping mall is only for Puppy.com.my's Premium Card Members to purchase items at discounted price. During the final stage of checking out from the shopping mall, you are required to key in your Puppycom Premium Card Number.

• How to apply as a Puppycom Premium Member ?
  You can read more on Puppycom Premium Member at http://www.puppy.com.my/pm/ and apply online accordingly.

• What is the area of coverage ?
  The area of coverage is Peninsular West Malaysia. 

• What are the payment methods accepted ?
  We accept the following payment methods :-

  • Credit Card
    Payment via Credit Card online. Both VISA Card and MasterCard are accepted here. To pay using credit card, just select "VISA & MASTERCARD" when checking out at the online store.

  • Maybank2U.com
    Payment also can be made via Maybank2U.com. All that is need is to logon to www.Maybank2U.com and select Online Bill Payment >> Open Payment >> Select Hiley Online from the corporation list and make the necessary payment.

  • Funds Deposit to Bank Account
    Payment via fund deposit into our account. Just deposit the fund into our MBB (Maybank) Account Number 514383-511398 (Hileytech Sdn Bhd).  Remember to write the Order ID on the deposit slip before depositing the fund into our bank account. Example as below :-
    

  • Cheque
    Payment via Cheque. Please send your Cheque or Postal Order or Banker Cheque t0

  • Paypal
    We also accept payment by Paypal via US$. To make payment via Paypal, just pay to payp@hileytech.com and key in your Order ID as the reference. As payment via Paypal will be made via US$, just convert MYR to US$ using a factor of 3.8. For example, if the total order amount is MYR 380.00, the equivalent in US$ is MYR 380 / 3.8 = US$ 100.00. 

• How soon will the order be processed ?
  The order will normally be processed within a week if stock is available.
